Swedish Massage

This form of massage is systematically working of the soft tissue and muscles to create a state of relaxation. This is ideal for your first massage as it relaxes and soothes away the stress and strains of the body. 

Sports Massage

Deeper specific treatment aimed at relieving post-event pain and stiffness and muscle soreness. It is also very beneficial in the maintenance of muscle condition and the breakdown of scar tissue. 

Deep Tissue & Trigger Point Massage

A Stronger massage that rebalances the muscles and connective tissue. Using techniques such as friction, deep strokes and trigger points. It assists in the prevention of "overuse injuries".
