Richard’s mantra is to live everyday through surrounding yourself with mentors, great people who are on the same mission with the power of positive thinking, doing something that you are passionate about and making the most out of ANY situation. Richard’s training methodology is practicing ground up movement solutions as what ever happens in the toe affects the whole body, up to the nose ; )

If you have 1 hour in the day to exercise you need to make the most out of it, so combining movement patterns together that require total body strength, co-ordination and fluid technique become the most beneficial and see the quickest results. Specializing in post injury, rehabilitation and back pain. Start everyday by saying “out loud” 5 things that you are grateful for.

Having recently moved to Sydney, Richard is extremely excited to work with Ian Mccoy seeing a great partnership, with the LAB concepts being brought to UTG which will see the first International partnership of the LAB. “It’s not everyday you meet someone as passionate, skilled and motivated as Ian, not just regarding his great work with his clients but how he wants the Industry to develop the right way in Australia & I feel very proud to be part of this new movement and the UTG team!”

Let’s get shredded!
